Gypsy Swing Band

Manouche Gypsy Swing are the UK’s best-loved gypsy swing band, performing specially arranged works of Django Reinhardt and swing classics from the ’30s-50s fused with elements of electro swing. They are great for Gatsby themed corporate entertainment.

Since forming in 2005, the trio have performed in top Jazz venues, including Ronnie Scott’s and 606 Club, concert halls from Kings Place to Barbican Hall and major UK festivals including Glastonbury.

From the fields of Glastonbury and Bestival, to the concert halls of the Southbank, Manouche Gypsy Swing have played wherever lovers of jazz and swing music can be found from the intimate jazz clubs of Soho and Chelsea and from around the UK.

Simon has played with some of the major advocates of Gypsy Jazz, including Birelli Lagrene and Tchavolo Schmidt. Simon is lead vocalist for and he also writes and composes original material for the band.

Standard Length of Performance:

The band usually perform 2 x 45 minute sets, but can play up to 2 x 1 hour sets if required
