Kat Shoob is a British DJ, television and radio presenter. It was in 2006, that Kat Shoob got her first presenting role hosting The Mint for ITV1, which was ITV Plays’ flagship show and where she accumulated a huge amount of live TV presenting skills.
This proved to be the stepping-stone for things to come and it wasn’t long before her natural presenting skills and bubbly personality caught the attention of others and Kat Shoob was picked up to host Playdate on ITV2, where she match made lucky singletons.
It didn’t take long for the world of radio to spot her talent and in 2007 Kat Shoob joined Bam Bam as his co-host on London’s Capital Radio, on the 7-10pm slot Mon to Fri. This was in addition to hosting across Entertainment Weekly and various events including Rugby coverage down at the O2, London premieres and from the red carpet at celebrity events.
2007 also exposed Kat Shoob for her love of gadgets as she fronted the daily computer games show for Esport called The Hub. As anchor of the show, Kat provided the computer gaming world with gaming news and current/future releases!
Kat Shoob returned to Capital for her second stint in 2009-10 to co-present every weekday evening from 7-10pm. Did you know Kat Shoob was the voice for Popgirl? Kat currently presents The Vodafone Big Top 40 Chart Show with Marvin Humes every Sunday between 4-7pm and covers throughout the year for Lisa Snowdon on London’s Capital Breakfast show.
