Music Parties

The Home Recording Company brings the music studio to your home. Our recording sessions are hugely fun and are suitable for people of all ages (not just for children), and all abilities. Our hosts are enthusiastic professionals who are all excellent singers themselves. We have hosted all sorts of special occasions; birthdays, Bar mitzvahs, Bat mitzvahs, family groups, bridal showers, bonding sessions and anniversaries. Our group sizes go from soloists to 44 people.

Before the day, you will receive your VIP invitations and a practice track and lyric sheet of your chosen song. We come to your home before your guests arrive and set up our recording and photographic studio. Over (approx.) 3 hours, depending on group size, the partygoers get to record a song of their choice and will experience a ‘band’ photoshoot. Every guest gets a beautifully packaged and professional looking CD.

After the party, the best photos are downloadable from our password protected site.

Don’t want to host at home? We have a great relationship with some fantastic professional recording studios where you can record using the latest technology. It’s thrilling! Generally, studios allow for larger groups than the home environment.

Going Solo Package:
In the space of about 3 hours, the solo singer will receive vocal tuition and record their chosen songs with one our professional producers in your home. The Home Recording Company also take a cover photo and at the end of the session the singer receives 4 copies of their beautifully finished CD. Going Solo is suitable for over 10’s who are already having singing lessons.

1 – 3 Home Recording Party Company professionals (depending on numbers involved) to run your session
Each recording artist receives a finished CD
1 person receives a framed celebrity-style magazine cover on the day
The photos are available to download after the party
An optional A4 hard-back luxury photo book of the best shots can be sent after the party at extra cost

Standard Length of Performance:
The CD will take 3 – 4 hours depending on number of participants.

Timings (these are approximate depending on numbers and ability):
45 minutes to set up
45 minutes for photography
1.5 – 1.45 hours for recording
30 minutes for mixing and creating artwork (while you relax and have tea)
About 25 minutes to strike the equipment
