The Dark Parlour performance is a combination of magic and mind reading featuring the macabre, witchcraft, voodoo – dark but great fun. The only one of its kind in the world, the Dark Parlour is a complete theatrical set-up that Alex has devised for corporate events where the client wants something a “little different”.

One of the uses for Dark Parlour would be where it is situated in the bar/reception area with a few chairs in front of the table. Then during the evening, clients would come up to the table, sit down and be entertained with close up weirdness.

The Dark Parlour is also great for private parties perhaps a separate room set aside, lit just by candles where the guests could go during the course of the evening for a quiet few minutes of “strange”.

Spooky music and lighting, the smell of incense and weird props go together to provide a great atmosphere and the ultimate conditions to witness this unique style of performance.

The Dark Christmas Parlour:
Looking for not-so-traditional Christmas entertainment? The Dark Parlour transforms into an interactive game of guessing what’s hidden inside the presents. Alex would be sitting behind a table piled high with presents – inside each is a fantastic mind reading routine or a bizarre and strange story with spooky props. Four chairs are placed in front of the table and throughout the night guests come up and choose which presents to open – will they get the minds blown away by an inexplicable piece of mind reading, or will they be scared by a spooky tale with weird props and a unique performance of bizarre magic? You could even supply some small presents of your own (small bottles of wine, chocolates etc) which can be placed in the presents as well, as an extra surprise for the guests.
