The Cockatoo Bar is hosted by a flock of wild bird women, trained in both live performance art and mixology. As a unique extra, a giant revolving birdcage sits above the mobile cocktail bar, and sets the stage for a roster of associate artists, offering Aerial Dance, Opera, Theatre & Swing Jazz.

The birdcage can also be configured as an exclusive top table, with table service for up to 4 guests.
