 I just wanted to give you feed-back for the Moon Jugglers on Saturday. Everyone at the event thought that they were absolutely fantastic. They were very professional whilst being fun at the same time. We would definitely consider booking them again for future events and will be more than happy to use your company again for future entertainment bookings. Ziggy Fenton  Sorry about the delay but I thought it would be useful to give you some feedback about the entertainers we used at our event on Tuesday 20 November at the Emirates Stadium. The football tricksters were great and made a perfect opener for both the morning keynote and the evening dinner. They were short enough to grab everyone's attention and focus them on the stage, which is just what we needed. The guys were professional and polite and a pleasure to work with. Marc Spelmann was also a real hit. Our guests were a bit of a nightmare and talked through all the awards and speeches, with our evening MC really struggling to make himself heard. Marc suggested that the MC announce in his intro that they needed to watch the stage, as the first thing he was going to do was hammer nails into his face. It worked! A lot of people commented on how good the show was and it caught and held their attention. The DJ had a bit of a raw deal as most people left after dinner and we had to move the pre-dinner drinks to another room in order to accommodate our numbers. However, we did not find him especially helpful when trying to determine whether his kit would work in the space and this resulted in me hiring in additional sound equipment for both the main room and the drinks room in order to ensure that quality was of a sufficient standard. This said, he played the music that my host wanted and kept the atmosphere going for the stragglers. Many thanks for all your help and have a lovely Christmas! UK Oracle User Group I am just writing rather belatedly to let you how delighted we were with both of the acts we hired from you for our civil partnership at Syon House last September. Helen Kane was simply fantastic and stole the show! She remembered her briefing perfectly and was utterly hilarious. Our Footmen were just brilliant - absolutely EVERYONE commented on how funny they were, and how they really helped our guests to relax and broke the ice. They really put their heart and soul into the act and far exceeded our expectations. Even the catering staff wrote to us afterwards to say how wonderful the footmen were! The feedback received has been amazing, we were the envy of the conference! Examples of some feedback:- “The impact of Titan was AWSOME. Our friendly robot was huge loud and funny – he serenaded the women, took the micky out of the men and literally EMPTIED the other bank stands –customers and staff. The best bit was the impact on the other banks, in some cases audibly berating their marketing team and in others simply applauding. My reading was very interesting – didn’t get a chance to do a palm reading as she was so busy. I kept contact with her over the weekend and she said that she saw at least 50 people on Saturday and 60 on Sunday. Great turnout. I think both acts worked brilliantly together. They were superb and went down really well with the client. They really helped bring the theme of the event to life. Our awards ceremony ran at half the anticipated time, so we had to rush the guys on fairly quickly, but they coped brilliantly with this (had we waited, we would have lost the audience to the bar area).
